Before you ask.
What file types can the RFQ form accept?
PDF prints, STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, SLDPRT, and zipped packages containing several files. Uploads move directly from the buyer’s browser to your secure storage, so large models don’t time out the way email attachments do.
Our prints are confidential. How are files handled?
Files are transferred encrypted and retained only as long as it takes to deliver them to you. Where drawings must stay inside your own systems, we route uploads directly into storage you control rather than ours. If you have export-control or customer NDA requirements, tell us up front and we build to them.
Will this disrupt our current website?
No. The new site is built on a private staging domain. Once you have tested and approved it, we point your domain at the new infrastructure. There is no downtime and no window where the old site is broken.
Why move off WordPress?
Most shop sites running WordPress are carrying a decade of plugins that slow everything down and break on phones. We build lightweight, purpose-built infrastructure that loads fast and keeps working without monthly plugin roulette.
How quickly can we go live?
